Temple of the Four Winds
Temple of the Four Winds requires all potential ceremony participants to reserve a space with a deposit of their total donation to be accepted into a Temple of the Four Winds sacred ceremony. The remaining balance of the donation is then due on the day that the sacred ceremony retreat is scheduled to begin. Reservations MUST be made a minimum of 7 days prior to retreat start date to ensure the proper preparation recommendations have been practiced. Reservation deposits for Private Ceremonies are determined on a case by case basis.
In the event that a potential ceremony participant has paid either the deposit and/or full donation, and has to cancel their attendance at any ceremony, Temple of the Four Winds may allow said participant to reschedule for a future ceremony without additional donations. However, Temple of the Four Winds will only allow ONE ceremony reschedule per potential ceremony participant. Ceremony may not be rescheduled more than once.
IN THE EVENT A POTENTIAL CEREMONY PARTICIPANT CANCELS THEIR ATTENDANCE TO A TEMPLE OF THE FOUR WINDS SACRED CEREMONY AFTER ALREADY HAVING RESCHEDULED, ANY AND ALL DONATIONS MADE TO TOFW WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
In an event where partial or full donation cannot be made due to financial hardship from personal injury, illness or disability, Temple of the Four Winds may offer one or more scholarship positions depending on group size and location. To be eligible for group ceremony scholarship, our Financial Hardship Request Form must be filled out and submitted no later than two weeks prior to the group ceremony start date.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of Temple of the Four WInds’ Reservation and Cancellation Policy, and understand that i will HOLD HARMLESS TEMPLE OF THE FOUR WINDS FOR ANY AND ALL DONATIONS FORFEITTED BY ME through this policy.
